It was nice to get advice and reassurance on my medical condition. She was able to provide samples to try and hopefully it will resolve my issue and restore my confidence.

She came to see me right on time at my home. She carefully listened of what I told her my concerns of my stoma. She had a good look and examined my stoma and explained clearly to me. I felt very relief that my stoma is of normal. I understand fully of her explanation and her service is as good as I expected from a good professional with a touch of personal care.
